CCS operates a secure, climate-controlled warehouse,which is conveniently connected to our Contact Center and Project Management facility. By keeping this nucleus together, we can ensure our customers receive a comprehensive and cohesive level of service, which is second to none.
Our Warehouse and Fulfillment Specialists take the responsibility of housing our customer’s equipment seriously; therefore, providing a detailed checklist for inspecting each piece of equipment prior to shelving. As part of the services provided to our customers, each received piece of equipment obtains its own lifecycle history, managed by our in-house management tool, SupportPath. As a device is needed, the serial and/or MAC information is recorded to the designated order, which allows CCS to track its location at any time.
SupportPath, is also integrated with FEDEx and UPS, allowing us to provide our customers with tracking identification instantaneously. This integration allows CCS to also provide RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) labels for devices to be returned for restock or for warrantied devices to be properly sent to manufacturers for repair.
Beyond housing inventory on behalf of our customers, we also offer configuration and iOS upgrades for new installations as outlined by customer needs. The range of products and services stretch from configuring Cisco IAD devices, the Adtran product line, and preregistration of a variety of Hosted Voice phones in an expanded capacity. Our approach has been built to ensure no job is considered too small or too large to be operated.
